His journey in procurement has equipped him with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, vendor relationships, and project management and is committed to leveraging his expertise to drive success and operational excellence for forward-thinking organizations.
Mike Hoke has over 20 years of extensive experience in contracts and procurement working with diverse organizations, from government agencies such as the California Veterans Affairs and the Department of Energy Research Laboratory to Fortune 500 companies and international projects supported by USAID. His career has spanned various industries, including EPC Construction/Engineering, International Airports, DOE Research Laboratories, Light Rail Manufacturing, IT, and pharmaceutical sectors. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in contract formation, administration, procurement, and negotiation. and fostered process improvements, introduced new contract delivery methods, and managed teams for efficient contract execution.

Douglas Smith is a seasoned professional experienced in managing utility operations and leading essential continuing operations response teams in complex multicultural environments. His expertise lies in supplying technical aid to utility services and public works entities during reorganization, restoration, and rehabilitation, particularly in critical failure and post-disaster situations resulting in successful outcomes. His specialties include essential services delivery, infrastructure reconstruction, rehabilitation, recovery coordination, emergency administration and management, municipal governance strengthening, and disaster stabilization.
